Westford Table Tennis Club

Come Play with Us

Westford Table Tennis Club was founded in 2019 with a goal to provide table tennis enthusiasts a place to develop their skills and become world class athletes. 


The club features :

  • 10 world class Cornilleau 740 tables in the main playing arena

  • Official red International Table Tennis Federation Flooring used at the 2019 World Table Tennis Championships.

  • LED lighting

  • Air Conditioned and Heated facility

  • Exercise equipment area for physical training

  • A Table Tennis Robot

  • A modest locker room is available to change into your playing gear.

The club is located inside The Mill works sports complex which also features 6 hardwood floor basketball courts with good lighting, this part of the venue will allow us to run 5- star tournaments. 90 additional Cornilleau tables are on-site to make these tournaments a reality!

You must have non-black soled shoes to play in the main club area!

Who We Are

Our coaches are all accomplished Table Tennis players and are committed to providing a safe and fun environment to develop your skills.
All of our coaches are SafeSport certified.

Qiumars Hedayatian

Tournament Director and Head Coach

Coach Qiumars is a national level coach with over 20 years of coaching experience and is among the highest rated players in the country.  He had played in Junior Asian Games representing Iranian Junior National Team.  He has also played in German league professionally and competed throughout Europe over 20 years.  Coach Qiumars has been recognized for training many junior players from beginning to Master level.

Alex Frayberg

Coach

Coach Alex has over 30 years of experience coaching junior through senior age levels, adapting learning strategies based on age and ability.  Number of his junior students reached top levels in their age brackets within USA.  Coach Alex holds numerous junior (U18) titles on the East Coast and has been grandfathered to Regional Status due to remarkable accomplishments with junior students.

Kurt Douty

Coach

Coach Kurt is an ITTF Level 1 Certified coach and has been an American Youth Table Tennis Association Coach in the greater Boston area.  He was a 2017 Senior National Games Silver medalist and more recently won the gold medal at the 2019 Bay State Games.  He has been a Game On Tournament Promoter and organizer for successful Board verse Locker room fund raising tournament featuring: New England Patriots/Boston  Bruins and Red Sox athletes.

Shaya Hedayatian

Strength Conditioning Coach

Coach Shaya is an extremely talented Soccer player and has played in the German Soccer league.  He is a Michael Boyle Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Group Lessons

We offer group lessons for children and adults.  The coaches provide a fun and safe environment for everyone to train.

The focus is on developing and advancing table tennis skills. Training focusses on strategy, skills, footwork and strength conditioning. The objective is to prepare individuals to compete in USATT tournaments.

Private Lessons

Motivated individuals who want to improve their table tennis skills will benefit from private training with the coaches.  Students who are enrolled in the high performance program are encouraged to take private lessons.
